We offer typeface licenses that grant limited, non-exclusive rights to use our typefaces under specific terms and conditions. The license does not transfer ownership of the typeface to you; it provides only the usage rights specified in our Licensing Agreement. 3. Payments and Refunds
All sales of font software licenses are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or modifications once a transaction is complete. Please carefully review your selection before purchase.

4. User Conduct
By using Typozon.xyz, you agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of our typefaces and website complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, recreating, or redistributing any part of Typozon font software, including fonts, the software that generates the typefaces, typographic designs, and any associated ornaments or other designs. The entire content of this website—its design, graphics, logos, text, and images—is protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Typozon LLC retains ownership and all rights to the Fonts and their associated graphic and visual designs. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Fonts beyond the specific usage rights granted by the License. The Fonts, including the designs and software incorporated in them, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any rights, title, or interest in the Fonts or associated intellectual property to you.
6. Account Security
It is the user’s responsibility to keep their account details private and secure. To access your account and orders, please visit our Account Login section and enter your email address. We will then send a secure link for you to log in.
Users must not share account access with anyone who is not covered by the license. Any unauthorized sharing or misuse of account access may result in the immediate termination of services.
7. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Typozon LLC is not liable for changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of service.
